We put models first — demanding ethics, transparency and respect where others settle for compromise. Fair rates, honest communication, physical and mental wellbeing and financial security are non-negotiable. Education is essential: our free, in-person workshops empower models with the tools, knowledge and confidence to own their careers.
Founded by Lauren Rose McGee, a model, actress and creative producer with 15+ years of experience and clients including L’Oréal, Lancôme, Christian Louboutin, GANNI, Carolina Herrera, DropDead, Charlotte Tilbury, HBO, Netflix, ELLE, VOGUE (UK, Italia & China), London Fashion Week and more, RISE combines real-world insight with a warm, approachable style — ensuring every model is not just represented, but empowered to succeed on their own terms.
Lauren’s experience both in front of and behind the camera gives her a unique perspective on the industry.
As a former head of runway and posing at the London Model Academy, she brings mentorship, guidance, and hands-on education to every model she works with. Her approachable yet expert style ensures that talent feels supported, confident and ready to take control of their career while thriving in a safe, professional environment.
